I take it you didn't drink? lol. Judging by the comment @ 8am =P. I stayed in last night, was supposed to go down to hardrock with some friends but I woulda had to drive myself and I didn't really have a place to crash so I was like nahhhh. On the bright side, no hangover, means I can head to the gym in a couple hours ;D. So, the typical cookie cutter question, Any new years resolutions? lol Hope you had fun last night too =].

lol well there's two LAFs in brampton. I thought you were over at Goodlife :P. Will do if I ever see you around though haha. I took a couple weeks off because of finals and because I barely ever take time off. This week was my first week back to training and omg am i hurting! lol. It's a good feeling but I prefer being able to walk up and down the stairs ;)

Well you could kinda say that lol. I'm around from time to time. I use a LAF when i'm around. How are the holidays treating you? New year's resolution crowd coming to a gym near you lol. Get ready for an overcrowded January :P
