Watched too many Bruce Lee movies then decided to work out after borrowing a friend's 10lb dumbbell at around 12 years of age. Around 14, my father bought me, my first dumbbell, 20lbs. Couldn't curl it at the time. I'd go home every day after school and try to curl it. Eventually I reached 100 reps. The rest is history.

Yep, back to the swing of things... I wouldn't say "back" to the gym because I didn't stop going. I actually went on with my regular gym schedule even when I was out in Hawaii. But nothing will match the beautiful scenery, and I miss the beaches!
Yeah, well I'm here in Hawaii now, just got here last night so I figured I'd get on here one last time. I'm sure I'll be able to check here and there but lol I don't think so... Let's see... beach or bodyspace? LOL!
BJ is the man!!! :) Hey I was shouting too. Caught myself biting my nails during the second round lol but he came through. And Wandy, OMG I loooove him!!!
4 hours total bro.. Usually I'd go and do cardio outside, and then end up in the weight room.. The bottom line is, whatever you choose to do in life, make sure you are worth a damn. If you can't put your heart into something you really want, how can you possibly handle the rest?
my weight training sessions usually last 90 minutes and I usually have a 30-45 minute cardio session right afterwards or with a couple of hours of rest in between. I'm no longer a fitness director, I work with marketing at USPLabs and also run my own supp biz.
