My goal is to build body mass and sustain it throughout my daily life.
Goal (Long):
I expect to push myself in the gym, and strive to attain the desired goal I've set for myself. I intend on working my legs more often than I have been the past year, to put on more lean lbs. of muscle. Squats, dead lifts, hex bar squats, you name, I'm going to follow through with it because I want to achieve my ideal form within the next proceeding years. I will work out at least 4 times a week, 5 times if my work and school schedule will permit. Lift light at first, then progress from there. By the end of the year, I would at least like to be about 205lbs (muscle of course).

I want to GAIN 15 lb
