How I Started:
I used to train Karate Rembukai (full contact Karate) since I was a child. As a teenager after many years of training my instructor advice me to start lifting weights to gain some weight and get stronger so I can be competitive with the adults. Today.... I am no longer training for martial arts but for Bodybuilding which is my passion!!!
Why I Love It:
Because it’s hard!!! I tend to choose things because they are hard no because they are easy. The reward is much better when you reach your goal!!! Also bodybuilding teaches you discipline, patience, persistence that are important values to succeed in life
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to set goals every time. After I reach one goal.. I set a new one (a more difficult one) that will help me to improve a little more every time. That way...... I went from a skinny 120 lbs kid to my heaviest body-weight (220 lbs) now I want more!!!!
