serious bout that too, i do a lot of lower abs ex, then when im tired i just do ob or upper ab exercises, i might rest a minimum of 15 sec between giant sets. let me know you need anything else man, im here, you can find me

whats up man, a very,very clean(low sodium,no sugar,clean water)diet/cardio is a must sprints work very well/ and really concentrate on the ab muscles workin instead of just doin it...most of all, Stop counting/resting and just rep em out for 10-15 minutes. Hurts like hell but its worth it
