REBoone Accidentally added 25# extra pounds to the bar on deads and squats. Still made the lifts. My subconscious knew what my brain did not!

Yoderkd Not Feeling it? Do stats, read some motivational stuff. I know where you are at, I'm on week 2 of temp layoff. Kinda depressed and worried about it. Missed last fri lift. rested the weekend. Back at it mon and today. squatting 215 now on stronglifts and its hard as heck. Keep up the good work. Sometimes you take a break and come back ready to kill it. Take it easy, man! Yoderkd I'm impressed with the 5x5 results. I read about it in muscle and fitness, scoped it out on bb.com and picked a 2 day split. arms and chest mon/thurs, legs tues/fri moved arms to wed and added abs mon/wed/fri Still try to do cardio 3-4 times a week. been at it 3 weeks and already see gains in strength. seanboone Hey Booner! Yeah man just got done with Stoppani's trainer and I loved it. I could definitely tell I got pretty stacked with his phase transition... but I still can't help but feel I liked Kris Gethin's even more. His daily videos just made the entire difference, and I may have even been more enthusiastic or pumped to train next to Kris Gethin virtually. Stoppani had his videos for the beginning of the trainer and then I kindof just forgot about him as a virtual training partner. Jun 25, 2012 2:04pm
