Hey man thanks... and just eat everything in site... excluding junk food of course... and hit the gym hard with heavy compound movements and lots of rest its a simple recipe just takes time
I did have surgery to remove the cartilage in my knee that was torn but because of the bones in my knee being deformed, I'm not able to have an ACL reconstruction done like normal people can. The ACL provides the greatest amount of stability out of all the ligaments in the knee.
