Caught a bug, got dizzy spells and had to stop training for a while. Finally back to training like myself this past week. So the plan is FAME Houston in May.

significant can be very subjective. i didn't notice my strength going up from 135 lb bend to 215 lb. but i noticed i was able to do more with usual weight and move up my poundage faster. but it isn't for everyone.

Thanks for the message. Competition plans changed for this year. Prepping for 2010 FAME Houston. Too many of the crazies with teaching and building my business for all the training right now. What are your plans?

Things are going. Troding along with cardio and dieting. Not going to the Olympia. Saving money for my travel for my contest and private school for the little one. How are you doing?

Are you in a program now? If not, where are you hoping to do your internship? On the sports end of nutrition, you will have to take up those studies on your own. Most programs don't do sports nutrition. TWU - Texas Woman's Univ. has a combined exercise/nutrition program. Not very good with drawing the lines together between the two. And I think Florida State has a sports program. Please keep me posted on your progress and when you will take the RD exam.
