Thanksgiving was great. Had 4 days of eating anything I wanted. Now refocused and getting back to disciplined eating. Workouts going ok. Getting over a back injury. Almost 100% recovered. Have a great week. Rick

Hi Curt, Glad to hear all is going well for you. I am getting back into the gym gradually. Did legs last week and my back did not get sore but I did go very light with high reps. Went heavier with Upper Body. Not playing as much golf but when the weather is nice I am on the course. Have a great week. Rick

Curt, Are you back working out yet or is it still warm enough to ride outside. I do about 60 miles a week inside on my trainer. Seems if I am outside I am playing golf. My back is still bothering me so not back to 100% as of yet. Really Sucks!!! Hope you had a great weekend. Rick
