How I Started:
I started freshman year because of football then got to many concussions and could not pass the physical so I decided this year (08) that I would try bodybuilding, so far I'm loving it.

Why the delay? Just stay focused and dedicated. That is very attainable. I am really pushing hard to grow want to come in at 250 or so next year on stage.

Lol things are going good. High rep/superset. Tired a lot of the time. Carb depletion starts sunday. I got the pro tan and the jan tana for before I go on stage. Making my posing routine on Sunday. Can't wait for the day to come and get some good food in.
Ya that would be. Also maybe partners to help pump up if there are no dumbells to use. My trainer was telling me that there aren't a lot of times and you have to find a partner and use a towel.
