What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
The barbell squat, because it can severly damage the knees and lower back when performed incorrectly.

hey dude awesome awesome physique man. do u know of any sample diet plan nd workout program i can get. ive been working out for 2 years now with no results. i dnt even have ripped abs despite doing alot of cardio to. Pls any sort of help and advice would be appreciated.

with all that, how do u keep up the your pounch speed. Because, i got to a point where i just slowed down and i couldnt figer out how to get back the speed i once had, do u have anything that you could tell me that could help me with my problem.
