How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I usually do 8-12, because I feel the muscle working best at that rep range.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I rest 1 1/2 to 2 minutes between sets on average, because it allows me to fully recover.

so to get rip, i need to increase cardio, even if im skinny, yeah i still need to loose, so fat, i feel my abs, but i dont see them, bc that fat, i need to get rid off, what types of cardio would u recomend me???

how could i get cut just like you, i try this lipo 6, but i couldnt really combined with no explode, it make me real dizzy, what could i do to get cut, and loose whatever fat i have to losse.
