How I Started:
I started when my big brother started doing weights and i began to get into it after i saw him doing it.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself, makes me feel healthy, and helps me with the sport I love FOOTBALL!
How I Stay Motivated:
i read articles, and my brother is a big inspiration to me as well.

I just recently went to a weight competition with some guys from my schools football team we got third out of 7 schools and got some trophies. It was pretty cool.

Goal (Long):
Ever since I started getting into weightlifting I loved it! I wanted to have a physique body and I know if I keep working my ass off I can get it. I want to get stronger, faster, and feel good about my body. I'm satisfied with my body right now, but i know it can be way better!
