Good daily vitamin, fish oils, micronized creatine monohydrate, whey protein and casein protein for now. Daily intake of green tea and black coffee to boost energy and metabolism also. My whey has boosted levels of glutamine and plenty of BCAAs. The multi I take also contains an amino blend. I may supplement with a pre-workout later on if needed.
