I must be dreaming, because I didn't think I would ever find anyone on here that is from Ledyard, CT and has competed in strongman events. I live in Norwich, but go to school in New Britain.

Hey! yeah, not a lot of CCSU people on here. But I workout in Kaiser on M,W,F. M&W I'm in there around 6pm and Friday's I'm there right at 4pm.

You did REALLY good at the gym! That was a lot to handle for legs and shoulders. I hope when we get to school, you have an idea of what to do. I'll help you with any supplements and work outs.

hey thanks man. I ordered the trainer and #1 last night and should be getting them by Monday. All I have to do now is find a decent method to train my grip with the COC's.
How is the lifting going?

Hey, I saw your post in the PL section on you getting your grippers. I'm thinking of buying the trainer this week, but I was wondering if I should get the trainer and the #1 COC gripers?

Hey MS. I was wondering if you could give me a few tips, because I have been getting into powerlifting at my college gym.
I have a 4-day training split and I was wondering what would be the best thing to do on M,T,Th,& F.
