I inherited an old World's Gym bench, barbell, and weight plate set.
After my Uncle Dan showed me the correct way to bench press, I've been trying to improve my overall physique by working out.
Why I Love It:

I don't think I've met anyone with as much drive and determination as Ashley. I was simply proud when I found out that she wanted to better her physique and all around health by working out and running. It just came out of no where. On top of that, Ashley is an amazing person and natural dancer. To even be at her level when it comes to getting things done, would be considered an honor to me - I love her.
Try this.
Trainer - 1 set of 10 on each hand to warm up.
1s - 3 sets of 5 on each hand, close as hard as you can.
1s - 2 sets of HOLDS with each hand. Basically try to close it and hold it for as long as you can.
The usually recommendation is to get one you can do, one you can almost do, and one you can't do.
I got the Trainer, #1 and #2.
If money is tight go for Trainer and #1.
I am a huge fan of hanging straight leg raises. The key is to keep your abs tight and not to sway! When straight legs become a struggle then continue with bent knees until unable to do any more. Thanks for asking!
