How I Started:
I inherited an old World's Gym bench, barbell, and weight plate set.
After my Uncle Dan showed me the correct way to bench press, I've been trying to improve my overall physique by working out.
Why I Love It:
I love it just like every other person: because you see the reults and it makes you healthier.
I personnaly like it because I'm not one of the hottest guys around. Working out gives me that extra boost of confidence.

7th grade Cross country...didn't even think about lifting..
This was when I first started working out, but I didn't workout much during the week. Just lifted a little and ran mostly for high school track. Like the extreme farmer's tan?

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I don't really care for it. I think it makes them look a little stupid. Embarrassing to be around.
Do you socialize while at the gym?
What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
I wear a crew neck T-shirt, Basketball shorts or shorts with pockets, basketball shoes, and depending on the workout day compression shorts.

I am a huge fan of hanging straight leg raises. The key is to keep your abs tight and not to sway! When straight legs become a struggle then continue with bent knees until unable to do any more. Thanks for asking!
