i'm not really a specialist... i kept my bulking diet and started increasing my cardio. Then whenever the weight drop stops, i decrease the carbs of my meals by 20g. Lost 3kg so far.

How did you do over the holidays? I did pretty well but didn't get to the gym as much as I had hoped. Now am back at it.
