Fit Status:
One week post surgery. Merry Chritmas and Happy New Year
I started when I bought my first set of weights in the mid 70’s. Before that I was always athletic jogging and bicycling. There were inspirational photographs that I may have seen in magazines that made me want to transform my body and get bigger. I’m a hard gainer so it takes a lot of extra effort to gain muscle. In the 80’s I had a small home gym where I worked out. I joined a gym in the early 90’s that vastly improved my physique.
Why I Love It:
I like the way it makes me feel and the challenge to push my body to beyond limits.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is not a problem with me. I guess I might find role models in various ways to inspire me at times.
