Overall Goal: To be better than yesterday. To be known as an ELITE trainer in the physique/figure community. And(maybe/PROBABLY) do a couple of shows in late 2010-2011. It's been a while since I've competed but I'm feeling like Stella lately(??? Ask somebody!)
I was born into it. Family legacy. More later. I promised myself I'd finish putting up my website first. But SOON.
Why I Love It:
For me bodybuiding is the physical/visual manifestation of what I attempt to represent everday in EVERY aspect of my life. Not just physically, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually as well. I believe I have great, inspiring and uplifting offerrings to bare. As I believe we ALL do, at our HIGHEST. And since for better or for worst POWER and "beauty" are what rule the day(now and throughout history) I feel that my best opportunity to be heard for the contributions I would like to offer to the(not just bodybuilding or fitness) world is to be SEEN. Conversely, the attention from the attraction reminds me to always try to stay accountable in my talk and my walk. It's a constant reminder that I am a role model to my clients and associates, my family/friends, and perhaps to that one person who sees me BEFORE I see them watching.
Plus bustin' ass in the gym helps me vent so's not to have to "JACK" fools who dont come correct!!! (It's a joke! COM'ON! You know that ish was funny :)
How I Stay Motivated:
BIG PICTURE answer- The better I look, the stronger I am, the more empowered I feel. It's like walking around in the ultimate custom tailored suit EVERYDAY. Plus as much as I thought that it was out of my system, I'm getting the itch to compete again after being away from it for so long. Late 2010-2011. Got a crystal clear picture in my mind's eye that'll tell me that it's time to return.
Practical answer- I train the DIESEL body parts(wheels/chest/back)early in the week. I generally dont use training partners on these workouts but I definitely draft a select few of the(dependable)regulars for spots and to feed of off each others' energy. I train my FAVORITE body parts(calves/delts/tri's)later in the week. Since these are my favorites to train it negates that "end of the week" mediocre workout thing from happening. Ironically, even though these are the ones that I stay fired up about by myself, they're the ones that everybody always wants to jump in with me. Everybody wants to be a part of something special. They came to the right place.
BB Accomplishments:
Brought home a few pieces of hardware when I dabbled before. But wait for it. Wwaaaait-forrrrrrr-it!... ;D

Goal (Long):
In additon to my own physique goals, I want to use this forum to extend my presence as a trainer to as big an audience as possible. I am BLESSED to have been given the ability to help people attain their physical goals, whether rehabilitation, functional, sports related or aesthetic(physique/figure) and to be (VERY;)good at it. To love what I do and be able to make a good living with it is as big a blessing as I can ask for.
This is an opportunity for me to present what I feel is much to offer the physique/figure community at large, while building upon the reputation that I am fortunate to have built with my clients and amongst my fellow trainers and other industry professionals, within my local area. Through forum and blog post I hope to share, educate, enlighten and yes LEARN information and philosophies within this very rich BB.com community.
I ask that if anyone whose (cyber)path I cross here on BB.com finds that anything that I have to contribute helps them attain their own goals that you please simply spread the word. For YOUR word speaks so much louder than anything I could ever say about myself. Thank you(peace)

I did get your PM, I've just been super busy here at work, and on Monday my son got sent home w/a rash all over. So I had to head out a mere 5 hours early to take care of him. Now playing catch up =( I appreciate and often need all your encouragement and I can't wait to see more of what you have to post! Good stuff friend!

I'm going, I'm going today at lunch, in 40 minutes. I'm almost as excited as a kid at Christmas b/c I've missed it. I skipped yesterday only b/c I know me and I wasn't up to par - my w/o would have been weak and nothing would have been attained from it. Today, new day, good day! =)=)=) (can you tell I'm excited?haha)
