How I Started:
I started playing lacrosse, then the next year I started doing a preseason workout. I followed it really closely and got really into the conditioning part. After tryouts, I realized I loved body building more than the actual sport.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel a lot better physically and mentally, and I feel like I am always making some sort of progress in my life.

I alwyas mix it up but in the off season I do cardio 3x/wk and pre contest I do cardio 5 days a week
