patbanya
patbanya No problem, thanks for the comment. I would suggest researching the different bodybuilding organizations on the internet, and finding one that coincides with your goals. Commit to a contest date, and give your self plenty of time to diet and get ready. Good luck! :) Aug 21, 2012 6:24pm
Reemy
Reemy Aw man, nothing much, just trying to enjoy the summer. The best general advice I can give is to try and attend this year, before you enter it next year. Give Yourself at leat 20 weeks to diet. Download and study pictures of you favorite bodybudilders and see how the presented their physiques. Jul 5, 2012 8:48am
PBateman2
PBateman2 For me...Eight years of hard ass work! My progress has slowed though the last 2-3 years. I think great progress can be made in a couple years - assuming one is absolutely on point with diet/training. Jun 23, 2012 8:41pm
riversiderookie
riversiderookie First off use this site and it's members, they have a lot to offer! Second if you wanna do a show go do it! Even if you come in last place you will gain so much knowledge and contacts for the show it will help you in the long run. If you have any specific question, hit me up! Nov 26, 2011 7:19am
SuperMaine
SuperMaine Thanks for adding me. I think you would benefit a lot from my routines/diet. Let me know if your ready to give it your all. Leave it all in the gym.. www.supermainefitness.com Elijah Nov 15, 2011 11:15am
thenaturalone
thenaturalone The biggest issue I've noticed among bodybuilders is the recovery factor. So many people hit a wall and can't make progress simply because they over-train. I would say never let a lifting workout exceed 45 minutes, and split up your muscle groups you train among 3 non-consecutive days in a week. Nov 9, 2011 7:42pm

Reemy Training is good for me. Two weeks away from my comp. Been learning a lot, and maybe getting a little too engulfed in it and haven't been on here at all. What about you? Oct 15, 2011 1:38pm
kratoscomm
kratoscomm Hi Justin! Thanks for checking in. I'm doing good. I've been busy lately with work and school. I'm still finding time to train. :) I'm glad that you're seeing success in your diet and training. That's great man! Just keep working hard and read different articles on diet and training. There's a lot of info here on the SuperSite. Take care bro! Ricky Oct 6, 2011 1:24pm

kratoscomm Hi Justin! It's good to hear from you. I'm doing well. I'm done competing for the year. I plan to make my pro master's debut in 2012. So, I have some work to do. :) How are you? How is training going? Aug 29, 2011 7:51am
