DaveGoodin My secret is that I stay lean in the off-season, then what weight I do need to lose...I lose it slowly (1 lb or less per week) as I'm getting ready for a show. Precontest I walk (15 mins/mile) every day anywhere from 30 to 90 mins total, depending on how things are going. Precontest I work ab sonce a week. 3-4 sets of hanging leg raises 10-15 reps and 3-4 sets of crunches 15-20 reps. All ab movements are done slow and controlled, flexing the abs hard on every rep.
