I got injured not to long ago and really just sat around and got fat and then went through the whole depression stage but now I think about how I want to look again and how I once looked. I also have a amazing looking girlfriend who is the love of my life and I am the only guy that I want her thinking about and fantasizing about.
BB Accomplishments:
From a KEG BELLY to a sculpted six pack but still not where I want it to be it will get better though I promise that.

I want to be in the best shape I can be in. i want to get my Body fat % down to 7% again like it once was. I want to walk on the beach and have my body show all the hard work that was put into it. When I step into the ring I want to be able to fight every round like its the first one.
