Went through a crisis in life, needed an outlet, started lifting....then I got over the crisis....and didn't stop lifting, I fell in love :)
Why I Love It:
Its the physical epitomy of choice and will. Like Pacino says...its a game of inches...one workout, one meal...may mean very little in isolation. But years of workouts and meals makes a champion.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its easy when you decide what your goal is, and what you will have to do to achieve it...then you just do.
BB Accomplishments:
The best is yet to come...

Attain pro status in a natural bodybuilding organization. Improve in powerlifting.
Goal (Long):
I would like to attain my pro card in the WNBF if possible, I would also like to attain my NGA and PNBA pro cards. This would give me some competitive options. I would also like to reach Elite lifter status in the RAW 198's or 220's.

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
Atmosphere. The right atmosphere that will have you mentally in the zone when in the gym, the right workout partner, the right gym atmosphere, all can help cultivate the right attitude. If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I have a log on the forums that has been ongoing for over 2 years now.
My last blog was back in May when I watched my good friend, and now professional natural bodybuilder Alberto Nunez win his first show of that season. He went on to win his show in june, and july...all pro qualifiers, he walked away a PNBA, NGA, and WNBF Pro Bodybuilder. He then competed in a...

Thanks man. I've been working on a 40/30/30 split, and I'm playing around with different combos right now. I've recently lowered my carbs and upped my dietary fat. Thanks for the input. I'm gonna start tracking everything though.
Excellent cuts bro! Do you have your diet posted somewhere. You and I are similar in size, but I need to cut my body fat by about another 10%. I want to do that without sacrificing hard earned muscle. Can you help? Thanks!
Looking awesome in your avatar man. Having your level of definition and low bodyfat while increasing strength is my goal. From your bodyspace stats, you are fairly strong as well. What have you found works best at lowering bodyfat for you? Keep up the great work.
