Folsom High Attended 1997 to 2001 Folsom, California United States
When I Started:
Jul, 2004
How I Started:
Went through a crisis in life, needed an outlet, started lifting....then I got over the crisis....and didn't stop lifting, I fell in love :)
Why I Love It:
Its the physical epitomy of choice and will. Like Pacino says...its a game of inches...one workout, one meal...may mean very little in isolation. But years of workouts and meals makes a champion.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its easy when you decide what your goal is, and what you will have to do to achieve it...then you just do.
BB Accomplishments:
The best is yet to come...

Attain pro status in a natural bodybuilding organization. Improve in powerlifting.
Goal (Long):
I would like to attain my pro card in the WNBF if possible, I would also like to attain my NGA and PNBA pro cards. This would give me some competitive options. I would also like to reach Elite lifter status in the RAW 198's or 220's.
Jeff Alberts is the definition of a Professional. Down to earth, full of common sense, and is driven by the desire to improve the sport as a whole and to empower and help others. On top of all this he is a 20 year veteran of the iron, and started competing over 15 years ago. The experience he has gained he is willing to share and is invaluable. Like an older brother to me.
A man 2 years my senior, recent WNBF pro, and a promoter of a INBF show that was just upgraded to be a pro qualifier. My fellow Controlled Labs Athlete whom has paved the way into the pro ranks.

Powerhouse gym in Rancho Cordova has a large number of bodybuilders, powerlifters, competitive strong men, and mixed martial artists...working along side other athletes is very motivating.

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I have a log on the forums that has been ongoing for over 2 years now.
My last blog was back in May when I watched my good friend, and now professional natural bodybuilder Alberto Nunez win his first show of that season. He went on to win his show in june, and july...all pro qualifiers, he walked away a PNBA, NGA, and WNBF Pro Bodybuilder. He then competed in a...
