Went through a crisis in life, needed an outlet, started lifting....then I got over the crisis....and didn't stop and fell in love :)
Why I Love It:
Because its awesome, I love getting bigger and stronger.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keep my competitions in mind and keep a focused mindset set on absolution. Every decision throughout the day I ask myself "will this get me closer to my goal, or move me farther away from it?"
BB Accomplishments:
Placed 1st in the Novice Tall Division at the INBA Silver and Black Muscle Classic 2007.
Came in ripped condition and posed well and felt I held my own among untested competitors in the 2007 NPC Contra Costa.
