So you are trying to cut down body fat %? Im currently on a cut too. I would do mayb 3 to 4 cardio (20 mins HIIT)a week. For lifting wise I would try to as heavy as possible. I will also limit my rest time in between sets like 15 to 30 secs adding intensity into lifting and this also aids in fat loss

Just keep the attitude you have now, and always never cheat yourself out of a day for any excuse unless its a real one, and you will see the results you want. you have a nice canvas to work with so you shouldn't have much trouble at all. later

Well I'm definitely not the wisest guy out here but just stick to a good workout plan consisting of weight training and you will see a change in no time. I'll check on you down the road to see how you're coming along. Deal?
