How I Started:
I started running track when I was 10 years old. My (then) mentor (our track coach) put the team in the weight room and it kind of became an instant passion. The rest is basically history.
Why I Love It:
I look good which in turn makes me feel good. I like the strength and power that I feel after working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
The man in my life keeps me focus and motivated. He is my biggest cheerleader and my support. Most women tell their men "tell me when I'm slippin" and when they do, the women cry or start an argument, etc. I mean sure it bothers me a little every now and then, I'm Human! BUT, I use it as fuel and get right back into it and push that much harder. I know that he's in the gym for me, I'm in the gym for him..... We do it for "US"!
BB Accomplishments:
I can sum this up in 2 words..... Serena Williams! If I can have her leggs..... Dedication + Commitment + Determination = A Slammin Body!

204lbs Attending college was my "excuse" for not working out as much as I used to. Eventually I got to the point where I could not take it anymore. I had to make a conscious decision to take a break from school and hit the gym really HARD!

Well...last nite I took 1st LtHvyWt...by default! What can I say? 20 middleweights and 2 at LtHeavy AND Heavy, second guy didn't come back after prejudging - what was that?! I'll take it as a warm-up for next months show, should be tougher, gotta DL the digital's soon as I find my camera cord ;o}
