How I Started:
I have been dancing since I was 4 years old. When I was 19 I dealt with some illnesses and subsequently put on 100lbs. in a year. I have been given a second chance and I'm making the most of it!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I have about 2 hours after working out - it's a "calm rush". I also really love to work out because I now realize how important it is for me to take care of my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
My family and the dance team I coach are all really supportive. It's easy to stay motivated when I start to like what I see in the mirror. My daily motivaion comes from my best friend. I look forward to our work outs because we challenge eachother and still have fun!

Goal (Long):
I want to be the healthy and active person that I know I can be. I would like to get back to 150lbs. so I can do the activities that I enjoy. I am very young and have no excuse to be out of shape. As a dance coach, I am looking forward to being in better shape so I can dance and perform the way I did several years ago.

hey, i read you're bodyspace, it's real nice. i see you take no xplode. i was talking to the guy at gnc about it. and i heard it was bad. it gives u a high and you're all hyper and all. also i heard you only suppose to workout 4 days a week. bc if you do more, it's defeating the perpose. just letting you know. but i like you're bodyspace. it's real nice. thanks for being a friend.
