Quasimodo63 Shoulders in two hours. My 13 year old is getting up to go with. He's getting into lifting for football now. We'll see if he can hang!

  • I always say this is what I LOVE about the gym on the weekend: seeing little dudes/dudettes with their parents busting it out in the weight room. I have two boys myself (2.5 & 4.5), and I can't WAIT till I can bring them with me to the gym. Have a blast with your boy, Quasi! And, if he's anything like his daddy, I'm sure he will rock it OUT! YEAH! :)

  • yeah, unfortunately the squat racks were being used non-stop today so i adjusted to accommodate my lower back. i've always had lower back problems, but i think i love deadlifts too much to give them up lol. i just need to space out my leg and back days so that my lower back recovers in time for me to hit squats and deadlifts equally hard. but i also need to get on my front squats! wanted to today after reading your status, but yeah too many ppl today
