girl im constantly working them , trying to make them look like something..my legs are my biggest problem..cellulite is not a womens best friend. i just trying to do think that help my legs a lot like spinning..i love leg presses and calf raises..I hate hamstrings, thats probaly why i'm having issues now..and im starting to like leg ext..just do all that and they will tone..

I have heard that, and ready many places, if you don't want a thicker waist don't do them with weights, but for me it has been the opposite i guess.. the muscle built, my obliques became more defined and the fat melted.

it's aggrivating, having to watch everything i do, and take medicine faithfully every day..but i'm trying to push through..just have to stay focused girl..also, can you please help me with legs..what exactly do you for that banging lower half you got? and what about cardio?
