I was 154 lbs when I got pregnant with my daughter,and gained 72 lbs. My daughter is now 2 yrs old and I think I have wasted enough time.
Why I Love It:
I love exercising, It makes me feel alive. I like looking in the mirror and seeing progress. I have always facinated about the dream body I want and now i'm going to do it. Not only just for me, but for my husband and daughter.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading lots articles, and I love the transformation pages they inspire me. I love looking at other members pages and seeing what they have accomplished. My hubby motivates me to keep on going, he believed in me so much when he was alive and i want to be able to do all the things he wanted me to do. eventhough he loved me fat and all, he was proud that i lost all my weight and i was healthy. i want to show him that i i will keep on trucking and do what i have to do..thank you for giving me your strength baby....
BB Accomplishments:
My highest weight was 217 then losing 63 lbs to make it to 154. Again delivering my daughter at 226 and losing all the weight and getting back to 155. then my hubby died and i gained weight, I went up to 186..Now I'm back again, this time with a vegence..I will not be defeated.. My goal is to get back to 155 with muscle.
I want to be toned and beautiful. The picture of myself I have in my head, I want to see in the mirror. I also have to gain more muscle all over my body, and get down to 15% body fat. I want to be physically fit, for my daughter so she can have an active mommy.I want a body that I can look at and love. My hubby was also very active and he wanted me to have the best body i can have, so in his memory I will do what I have to do to achieve that..I miss you so much magic!
