During the process of physical recovery from back surgery I have also begun to work on mental recovery as well. Many times we work on our physical well-being but not our mental... uithoven Ryan, Thanks for the add. I'm happy to find another MS guy on this space. I thought I was the only one. Sorry to read about the back surgery. You'll get through it. I've had both knees and shoulders reworked and it takes a while to rebuild. Its tough to have to start over so much. Lets keep up. Maybe we can share some training, diet and supplement info.
