How I Started:
I've always been tall and skinny but very athletic. I got tired of being the tall and skinny guy that has always been my one insecurity, being too Skinny. I felt like i was lacking some other things spiritually as well so i regrouped one night and decided to make a complete transformation physically as well as reconnect spiritually. I decided to be healthy mind, body and soul.
Why I Love It:
The buurrrrrrrrn.... lol and all the benefits that come with bb and living a healthy life. I love feeling the blood flowing looking in mirror with my work out mix keeping me pumped up. For that time i know its all about and i'm gonna get everything back that i put in.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a 3 y/o little brother that I have to set an example for since he is growing up fatherless like i did. When i look at him I know I have to show him how to give him a good model to look at so he doesnt look at the wrong male role models out there. Plus being healthy and the aesthetic benefits are a nice push.

Goal (Long):
Well I'm slowly getting introduced to the sport of body building so my precise goals of how far this can take me I'm not 100% of yet. So as of right now im gonna say just ride this till the wheels fall off..
I know i would like to model, and i'm warming up to the idea of competing so lets see where my head is at a month from now.
i would like to knwo how skinny he ws but im tired of being the skinny guy too, I hope to reach his level of ab definiton because his abs are incrdible
He's a beast period. He inspires me to train hard and no matter what results i get in the next few weeks, months, couple of years, i will stil have work to do.
What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Pre/Intra workout I use Juggernaut Pre workout and during i use Size on. They both help immensley.

I use Ultimate Nutrition's Iso Mass Xtreme Gainer immediatley after workouts. It has everything that i could need post workout and also is an aide in my journey to gain mass...

I use Juggernaut Pre Workout about an hour before I hit the gym.
