How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I do 8 minimum and when I can do 11 I up the weight. I just feel this works me the hardest.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
couple of minute maybe little longer. I lift as heavy as I can every set so I need a pretty long rest.
Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Ronnie coleman is a beast but I think Arnie in his prime is what I would love to look like.
