First off my dad was a bodybuilder; he opened two GOLD's GYMs. He was 5'11", 240 (cut) & taught me the basic essentials of Working Out. R.I.P.-He passed away my Freshman year in highschool. My mom taught me the nutritional education & gave me some tips on how to cut. My step dad continues to promote me to train, lift, & is soon to be teaching me Capoeira & Brazilian Jujutsu (he's a professional trainer).
Why I Love It:
It's in my Blood-Line. I Love the pump, growing of my self-esteem, self-control, ambitions, knowledge, physique, motivation, self-respect & patience. It goes hand-in-hand w/ skateboarding & it promotes a healthy lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
I often look at pictues of my dad, create short-term goals, & keep in mind all of the positive that will come out of my training. Keep Good Morals & A Positive Outlook On Life. I Need The Testosterone & Adrenaline Boost To Help Me Build Strength, Determination, & Self-Control Throughout Work & School.

I Hope To Gain 50 lbs. Muscle By The Time I'm 25; & Remain In Good Health, Mind, Heart, & Soul While I Progress. Starting MMA Soon, Possibly August 2009. Taking one day at a time & Making the most out of what's available. I really do need my own treadmill & home gym.
