Background

When I Started: May 2000
HOW I STARTED:

Worked out at home on some primitive equipment my great uncle sent me, and did pushups, chinups, etc. I got a YMCA membership several years later, and that's when I really got into it.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I am a serious gym rat! I love the challenge of having to discipline myself to stick with a routine and not cheat on the reps or form. Getting a really good pump and watchig the veins throb is pretty cool too.
