Dude, you have a great upper bod, why don't you enhance it by getting rid of the pit hair. I am thin framed like you with a naturally hairless chest and abs, and not only does it make you sexier, but it can make your bi and triceps appear larger. Just be careful if you've never done it before.

i've started IF with my TKD and for me, so far it's been surprisingly easy to follow. How do you do your IF? Do you go an entire day without food? I'm currently doing 16 hours no eating with an 8 hour eating window, but am slowly extending the fasting part.

exp? yeah ive been doing alot of walkin with incline and keepin my heart rate around 130-140 for hour or more recently but i didnt know if i should crank up intensity or just stay at fat burn zone... and what were u talkin about exp... or somethin
