How I Started:
I started a little after my birthday, cause my mom had said that she was worried about my weight, and since then as of 4/15 i've lost about 45 lbs, and im hoping on loosing 50 more. And as of 9/11 i've lost a total of 100 lbs.
Why I Love It:
I love to work out because, it relieves all of my stess, and because my body has gotten stronger and trimmer.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because i go to the gym with one of my friends, he pushes me and modivates me, i also push him and modivate him as well. Im just waiting till im as strong as him cause i get great results when im competing with somone other than myself.
BB Accomplishments:
My major accomplishments i think is, 1) I have lost a total of 45 lbs already, 2) When i started i could bench press 135 lbs 10 times at most, and now i can lift 225 lbs 10 times, and 3) My whole body has gotten stronger as well, i have almost doubled my strength in all of my muscles.
Well I haven't been on bodyspace in a while, but I have been going to the gym. I have gotten a lot better on running, last week I was running at 30 minutes and I wanted to try to up it to 35 minutes, so I started off feeling pretty good about it, then around 20 minutes I started thinking about...
Well first of all, i go to the gym Monday-Friday, maybe on the weekends if i feel up to it. I also like to go to the park and do some boxing/kung fu, it is great for cardio because its fun, and whenever you can do cardio and make it fun is a great work out, sometimes if i want a good cardio ill...
I'm looking at your Weight Loss chart... what the heck happened around 4-28-07? It looks like they were drawing the line then the ink bled all over the paper. hehehe. By the way I'm down to 219.0 lbs suckah! Kiss my ass! :-)
99 lbs? Wtf!? Go run around the block and come back in and weigh yourself! Repeat until you've lost 100 lbs! >:-( How dare you not lose a whole round number of pounds.
Hex yeah dood. I think ima start doing a lot of pushups (to tone up my upper torso) and jumping ropes (to tone overall) and working out my loc (to Tone Loc, LOL ROFLCOPTOR)
You may be beating me in total weight loss but I'm still winning in total weight %age lost! You've lost an astounding 20.9% vs I've currently lost 23.8% of my total body weights. Woohoo! Both of us have lost major weight tho. Its like we've lost a Nicole Richie each!!
