Hey there! how was your new year? Mine good thus far staying focused and ready to bring in 09 with a better attitude and staying on track with my goals . Finally got to 220 on leg press not 1 set but 4 woo hoo bring on the legs! How about u? how is ur training?

hey girl ! how r ya , How was your new Year. I am doing ggod , over all the damn holiday food and back in focus. I finally made it to 220 on oleg press not one set but 4 woo hoo , bring it on 09. eating clean and now the best friend is actually going back maybe she will stay in it lol

Ok I did legs today and I cam really feel it but still cant killthe stairmaster like I want but manaeged to get 20 minutes , fast random level 3 so getting better lol. gotta get this damn fat off!

Hey there, doing good , went back tonight for tri's and upper back and damn stairmasterlegs are like jello I picked up the pace a bit on it trying to stretch it , think the harder I work the more I cough but it will pass, soon i hope

So how about you. OMG this 5- 6 meals and all the water I am drinking I feel like a blow fish but feel alot better more alert got to get over the cold to go big. Only 2 1/2 weeks for some damn results HELP LOL

Thanks girl! yea the cold had me but I went back and I need to post a workout.lol did tri's and upper back today and the damn Stairmaster.. trying a different approachwith it to help burn the fat. seems the harder I worl the more i cough, lol

training is going well , held out a few days because of a cold but been getting back at it. LOL the harder I work the more I cough think thats a plus though lol! i did triceps some tonight and upper back and the stair master got my legs but inthe am Iwill be doing legs and abs then back tomorrow night for cardiio.I drank so much water today and tonight and ate 6 small meals and damn I felt like a blowfish lol but looking to shed the fat

Girl I am proud of ya? hey did you see they hae a contest coming up for gals? the hydroxycut transformation. I have been debating baouttrying it . Atleast that way I would have to certainly be more dedicated but still questiong it . God job again.. I post my workouts everytime I go so I' ll let you know how i do tomorrow

woo hoo great job girl You keeo it up youwill get ther STAY FOCUSED. I have ben working hard on the eating! and good on the workouts , got the flu/ crud been out two days but piddled alittle at homje but back for hard workout tomorrow! keep it up going tomorrow?
