Background

When I Started: Feb 2012
HOW I STARTED:

Participated in my first 5K in April 2011 as a New Year Resolution to get fit. I am also an actor, therefore having a fit body is very important for my career, especially since I would like to do action films in the future.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It gives me confidence and makes me feel sexy.

I lost 17 lbs.

I was 260 lbs in late Fall of 2011. As of today I am 243 lbs. I would like to be 140 lbs by New Year's Day 2013. I have 103 pounds to go. I hoping that this is attainable with me eating unlimited fruits and vegetables, and some seafood protein while doing the Intermittent Fast from 8 am to 6 pm. 

Birthday Celebrations Over

I have been eating slightly naughty for the few days to celebrate my birthday, but I don't feel too regretful about it emotionally. Perhaps I regret eating some junk foods, because my body rejected them. My body has become more sensitive as I eat more healthier. It knows real healthy food versus junk food and I will get a sick feeling when I eat too much junk. 


 Since the weather is getting warmer I will get on the Raw Food food's diet. I embrace drinking lots of smoothies and eating lots of fresh salads. 

Knee Discomfort

I haven't exercised all this week due to two reasons: knee discomfort that has spread to having some pain to my hamstrings, and I had a three day vacation where I did nothing but rest in order to "heal" my right knee.  For some add reason, I am staring to feel a slight pain in my other knee and also the back of my right ankle is sprained. All of this out of no where. I just hope things doesn't get worst. I am wearing my knee brace at all times now. I can't wait to lose the weight so the arthritic obesity goes away.
