How I Started:
I've always been athletic for the most part. In 06 I started slacking and blew up to 240lbs, at that point I knew I needed to change my lifestyle back to the way it used to be in High School.
Why I Love It:
Self confidence, the pump, and the test of pushing myself further every day.
your looking pretty good i can see alot of improvments from the last time i spoke to you.. i'm doing pretty good myself.. i will most likely be competing next year in a natural comp, just need to bring my weak points up!
ahh, I agreed with u. So, one last question. I finish workout at 8.30pm, then have protein shake. Then 1 hour later, I have rice + meat + veges, before bed at 12am. Do u think carbs (from rice) at night is bad for fat loss?
So, u actually think it is possible to gain muscle while losing fat at the same time? People say it is impossible. Yeah, I eat till I am full, and as clean as I can. But I sometimes feel damn hungry... and I have already over my calorie limit for the day. I ended up eating more tho.
