ok,im looking for some serious help.ive already lost a great amount of weight but all of a sudden i don't have the same energy or motivation that i used to have.ive recently been feeling lazy and weak and haven't been going to the gym like i used to.if someone has some really good tips or what i should do please let me know.
hey i just realized you left me a comment way back in june. sorry about that! Things were going really well until a few days ago. I was making all these great gains in the size, strenght, and weight department, but now I've stopped seeing those gains.hopefully it's not a plateau eh.
what goals are you trying to achieve thru bodybuilding? any luck?
doing great so far!! been really hard on myself and the depression was bad last 2 weeks...
but one good thing that happened out of that was i lost some weight and a bit leaner now!!

yo!nothin much but just having a little trouble getting back on my diet.ive been eating a lot of more junk food lately and its not good.i used to take hydroxycut and worked so well.but it's said that it has some serious side effects so i stopped taking it.now im going to try VPX's Meltdown.it sound like it may be better than hydroxycut by looking at the reviews of other people.i just need some help trying to lose another 30 by getting back on my diet.
Hey man, everything is going pretty well. My intensity is up during my workouts, but im still lacking a bit in my diet and cardio. I just need to get more disciplined and plan better.
How is everything for you?
