I've always loved muscle and after my cross country running ended in high school I have dedicated myself to developing the best physique I can make and I've never looked back
Why I Love It:
There is nothing else like bodybuilding and it allows me to maximize my excessive drive, ambition, and passion
How I Stay Motivated:
I just keep setting goals and breaking them and that's the best motivation you can have as a bodybuilder. Always have a goal!
yea man I did cross country too and that sport really takes a lot of heart. Not only does it enable you to transfer that heart into bodybuilding, you get ripped from it too :P
Hey dude, I am just like you. I was in cross country and i really did not like it but it helped me get ripped and get my eight pack. I think you're right, it might have helped with the motivation i needed, and my friends motivation too.
