Now that I've reached my 30s and found out i have high cholesterol (something else that runs in the family as well as a plethora of other diseses) I feel it is time I take control of my life and make every effort to get in shape. I'm just getting back into the whole regular exercise thing. Since my main focus is losing weight right now, my main focus is on cardio but I include weight lifting to help boost my metabolism and keep/tone muscle.
