I weighed 200lbs when I met my wife. I joined her gym and took hydroxy cut and cleaned up my diet. Ran 45minutes 5 days a week. alot of water.. I weighed in at 150lbs 4 weeks later... I wish I took before and after photos. Moved to Pittsburgh and began really working out more and more... and now I'm hooked and I want to compete.
Why I Love It:
The energy and power of it... and to see your body transform. It is a great confidence booster.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my fat belly hanging out and I eat my food and work out hard!
BB Accomplishments:
I leg pressed 1108Lbs.
I can squat 400lbs... Thats about it for now and i grew 35 lbs in 3 years.

OK, i need a new training split.. any ideas? I plataeud ... and now i'm using a mass routine some kinda russian workout. sick shit...i'm up 5 lbs in a week so i'll go rest of month on this.. and maybe a week switch and back on it.. Someone hit me up... lookin to get big and stay lean as...

i think that you should become one of those guys who grunts at the gym. they are amusing. or that guy who was curling 20 pounds and was wincing and being like that guy who every one knows and is like, "which way to the gym???" Yeah, you should totally do that.
doin good here... try to drop down to 176... it sounded good when i desided to do it , but now i think i'm dropin to much.. but i do need to inorder to see the legs...so let me know what you think when i post new pics>
