Hi Purdue! All IS going well, thanks! I ran a good race on Thanksgiving. Yay! You were asking how my running was going, and well My mileage has been on the lower range, I need to really amp it up. I am really going to focus on some good quality and quantity of runs..Have a Half Marathon in January and wont run well on low mileage. TIME to put in the work! Running out of room here....to be continued..

Its not one of those geeky home gyms. I got 2 45's, 2 25's, 5 - 10 - 2.5 lbs plates. Dumbbells, a 45lbs str8 bar and ex curl bar, clips and a bench. My dad built the rack at his shop. I got a bunch of othr **** too. So yeah I guess it is kinda like a gym.. Minus the machines. Lol. Im waiting for that pic! =) Jiggly!
