Sadly I think you're right, most people(I might sound ignorant when I say)just workout to look good in a new dress, wear muscle shirts and kiss their mirror, not that there is anything wrong with loving the way you look, but strength, and health is overlooked a lot these days. And you do seem like someone who gives 110%, and it shows.

I think I just figured out why you're different than the other people I know on this site. Most of the guys and girls on this site struggle to over come weights and dumbbells, you overcame yourself.Thank you for sharing, it was most appreciated.

I guess on training, I've been boxing for a long time so my style and tech. is not the problem, I would say my conditioning is what's lagging.
