bently1985 I totally agree with way your lifting heavy. I think alot of the gains I have made are because of that. I just do a few more sets with the chest. People are quick to criticize, but if your seeing gains, you stick with it. You devoloping a nice V in your back. Any advice. Thats definitely my weak point. Jeff Feb 3, 2007 6:33pm
