I like med. weight with high reps, I am really bad at counting but I try to do at least 3-4 sets of 10. I like to feel the burn, I want to make sure I am breaking them down!

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Jamie Eason and Alica Marie (BSN GIRL) I have a post at work and pictures of them at home so I have motivation in front of me all day long!!
Ya that's right, my first figure competition. I am so stoked its crazy! I decided to get started when a couple other girls that I work with told me they were going to do a bodybuilding.com comp in oct and it got my wheels turning! I thought to myself WHY NOT! I work at a place where I would...
good thing you have a lot of people to helping you because i know wedding plans can drive people crazy. Not that you have that tendency.lol
