Background
I am starting fresh! I recently had a beautiful baby boy and he is now 4 months old. During my pregnancy I gained close to 50lbs! YIKES! A lot of it was water weight and I dropped 30 of it pretty quick, but the last 20lbs haunt me every day!! I want to get my life back and my body back! This is my goal for 2012, NO EXCUSES!!
Going to the gym is my time to de-stress. Being a mother, working full time, and going to school full time has enough stress and I do not want to have the stress poor out into my life, so the gym gives me that escape.

Starting Over
Posted in Training : Jan 26, 2012 7:09amI am starting my transformation over starting today! I have failed the diet part of this transformation not horibly, but I do find myself having PB&J sandwiches for dinner because they are easy to make when taking care of my baby boy. I have had it very hard to stay motivated during my workouts because I feel guilty leaving my son in the daycare and not spending the time with him. I know it is best for all of us, but I just have to keep reminding myself of that! Wish me luck and PLEASE help me stay accountable.

I have decided to do this transformation because I want to be one hot sexy momma this summer! haha jk, but seriously.
