How I Started:
My Mom has had a lot of back, knee, neck issues for as long as I can remember. It always killed me to see her in so much pain. So I wanted to make sure my body is in great shape so I know my bones and muscles will not fall apart on me!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great about myself! Even when I am tired or dont feel so good, I just go to the gym and run or lift weights and it makes me feel so much better! Its a great way to get some aggresion out :)
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I will be very healthy and look great!! Also that I will age well :)
BB Accomplishments:
Well as of right now I am training for my first comp!! OMG RIGHT!!! Well I am totally excited because I am getting married in September as well, so I figuesd this will be the best we to look the best on my wedding day!!

Goal (Long):
I am getting married on September 12th and I want to tone up my back and shoulders along with loose that extra thigh fat that everyone hates. So far I am doing goood, just have 7 or so pounds to get rid of.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb

I like med. weight with high reps, I am really bad at counting but I try to do at least 3-4 sets of 10. I like to feel the burn, I want to make sure I am breaking them down!

like you wouldn"t believe. Yesterday. I started my training session at 6 a.m. like usual. Cardio and abs. Then the other instructors and i had to train for world championships coming up in a few weeks. We started at 9 and got done at 12. Once finisihed i had to go to the gym for my weight training session. shoulders. brutal. and after that it was off to my martial arts school to teach classes until 9. i just gave you my life story.lol. how are your wedding plans?
Hey! Just grindin over here getting things done. After 2 days of spring practice all of us can barely walk and we have never worked harder in our lives! That's good though and we should be one of the best teams in the country. Hope all is well in Boise!
Just remember, do what is good for you. If it causes undue stress or pain it may not be for you. The solution is simple, set new goals and drive on, but make sure your having a good time. ; )
